Cash for silver cutlery
I had never really used the cutlery, or I had used it rather occasionally. You know, on days when so many guests arrive that you have to use some spare dishes, glasses, spoons and knives. Actually, I had been given the cutlery set for free. The previous owners of the flat must have been unaware of all the valuable things that they had left behind. The set looked as if it had not been used since the couple got married. Anyway, one day I just unpacked it and my guests used some of the spoons and forks. It was then when my mother-in-law suggested that I should try to get cash for silver cutlery. Silver? I didn"t really believe that it could be made of a precious metal of any sort. Of course, the set was beautiful, but it seemed to me that it was just an ordinary thing. But my mother-in-law suggested that I should check if it was really valuable or not. Well, a couple of days later I contacted a specialist (recommended by a friend of mine) and asked him to look at the cutlery. To my surprise, he only confirmed what my mother-in-law had said before. Soon afterwards, I cleaned the set, took some photos of it and placed an offer on one of the internet auction websites. I got cash for silver in less than a week! Well, sometimes people are not aware of the fact that they are owners of some valuable objects.
